Prior to starting at Skills 4, Clare worked in the water industry as a Clean Water Hydraulic Modeller for over 10 years. She was Vice Chair of the Clean Water Modelling Advisory group where she contributed towards an Industry Best Practice Guide and presented at their annual conference. Clare has experience leading teams and identifying development opportunities to encourage and empower them to reach their full potential.
