Alongside her role as a Senior Project Manager, Katy is a passionate advocate for women in construction and more inclusive workplaces. Named one of the UK’s Most Influential Women in Construction by CITB, she campaigns for inclusive PPE, better on-site facilities and meaningful change across the industry.
