Established in 2006
The company was established in 2006, by the current CEO Jayne Little, in response to issues identified in the government-commissioned Report, ‘Shaping a Fairer Future’.
Over the last fourteen years, we have been working successfully with over 100 leading organisations to improve the attraction, retention and progression of a diverse and sustainable workforce.
Initially focussing on gender diversity, our multiple award-winning Career Development Training Programme for Women has been delivered to over 8,000 individuals. In recent years, the company has evolved alongside changes in legislation and UK business culture and now covers multiple strands of diversity through unconscious bias training and testing; inclusive leadership and management programmes and bespoke training and consultancy services.
