Coaching and Mentoring


We offer Mentoring to support the delivery of our EMPOWER, THRIVE, and RETURN TO WORK Programmes, offering individual insights, and greater growth opportunities on a 1-2-1 basis.

Our experienced mentors have extensive industry experience.

We recommend a minimum of 1 hour’s support per delegate to be completed within 6 months of programme completion.

  • Embedded learning as our programme tools are tailored to individual delegate scenarios
  • Encouragement and support to make the changes required to achieve career goals
  • In depth discussion about goals, including the opportunity for more ambitious stretch targets fully supported in the 1-2-1 sessions
  • Opportunity to work on issues in a confidential setting which are not appropriate for group discussion
