We are always looking for great mentors to join our team.

Our offices are based in Leeds and we deliver training
nationally. At the moment, the majority of our training is delivered remotely via Teams, with the occasional face-to-face classroom delivery. Willingness to travel and stay overnight will be important.

• Have excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience of developing and delivering training which motivates and inspires change in others
• Have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and are confident building rapport with a range of people from apprentices to senior executives
• Have a flexible approach, as the role is varied you will need to be able to flex your style and think on your feet to meet the needs of different audiences.
