Earlier in the year we picked up Training Provider of the Year at the Power in People NSAP awards, hosted by the National Skills Academy for Power. The team are delighted with the win, as diversity and inclusion providers, it really demonstrates how this traditionally male sector is updating and evolving to attract and retain the best talent.
Our Career Development Programme for Women also went on the win the Bronze Award for Best Inclusion and Diversity Programme at the Training Journal Awards. These awards cover all sectors across learning and development professionals from around the world with a wide range of categories to reflect the increasing diversity in L&D.
The Career Development Programme also received Highly Commended in the Best Diversity Resource/Initiative at this years Inclusive Companies Awards. The evening was a great celebration of the people out there putting inclusion and diversity to the top of the agenda. We are very proud of what the programme achieved up against some top competition this year.
