Improving Gender Diversity in STEM

Sharing best practice on improving gender diversity in STEM.

This week WISE (Women into science and engineering) have released a case study on The Faraday Institution on their journey to improving gender diversity and recruitment. As part of their progress on moving the dial on gender, this year they partnered with Skills 4 to deliver our EMPOWER career development programme for women.

The Faraday Institution then continued to use Skills 4 as a learning and development partner to deliver our THIRVE Positive action career development programme aimed at minority individuals.
