Office Administrator Job Opportunity

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Operations Director, the purpose of this role is:

To provide an excellent level of administrative support to both internal and external customers.

The successful applicant must have a proactive approach and be able to work independently and as part of a small busy team. The applicant should have a prior experience of working in a busy administration office, ideally working in a training environment.

Full training will be given on all aspects of the role, but the candidate will be required to work independently once trained.

16 hours per week. Office based with view to working from home.

  • Delegate Evaluation Data – create evaluation and impact survey’s. Distribute, collate and produce comprehensive reports using excel and google forms.
  • Customers – provide an excellent level of support to all learners ensuring their training experience is positive
  • Course Management – ensure training schedule, calendars and client registers are up to date and accurate
  • On-boarding – provide an end to end administrative service for the end user, ensuring a robust working knowledge of the business admin processes and procedures.
  • LMS – develop and maintain a robust working knowledge of the appropriate Learner Management System to facilitate the creation of courses and full learner management
  • Administration – provide accurate and timely ad-hoc administrative support where required

Key Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Business Admin Level 2 or above
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
