It’s time to talk about disability, openly and honestly, normalising the conversation in the office, out on-site, in the boardroom and at home.
This event will take you on a journey through the eyes of lived experience and share some thoughts and ideas about how we can change the narrative around disability.

Lisa is co-chair of Balfour Beatty Ability Affinity and Allies network, a Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Ambassador, STEM Ambassador and Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador at Balfour Beatty. Lisa is passionate about driving the sustainability and inclusion agendas to ensure we attract and retain diverse talent in the rail industry and leave a positive legacy for future generations.
She is also co-chair of Constuct-Ability, an organisation formed to support disabled people in the construction sector and normalise the conversation around disability in the workplace.
