Event: WISE Conference 2019
Jayne and Michelle attended the #WISEConference2019 at the IET London in May.
They got to meet and speak with people from all over the construction industry including women from GSK, Network rail and Women in Transport.
Jayne also gave a breakout workshop on Inclusive Leadership which was fully booked with over 70 attendees.

Event: Women in Racing
Lynn who is on the committee of the Women in Racing programme recently gave a presentation at their AGM.
As well as Lynn being on the committee each year we provide one of the women a free place on our Career Development Programme.

This year Jayne was invited to give a master class on how to ‘Boost your Career’ in 30 minutes to a room of 100 people at this years Construction News Inspire me event held in Leeds.

2019 has seen the launch of our online alumni group.
We have created the alumni to allow the women we have had the pleasure of training to connect, discuss and network.

The group is currently accessed via LinkedIn.
If you have taken part in any of our programmes you are welcome to join the group.

We love hearing what our delegates have to say and we want to give them a platform to say it.

returning to work after maternity leave

Update: Online Returners Programme

Our returners programme was successfully moved online at the start of 2019. Since January we have had
new people signing up each month to the online version of the course.
Aimed at new parents, either currently on parental leave or having returned to work in the last 6 months the course will deliver renewed confidence as well as practical tools and targeted interventions to help you focus on specific areas of your work and home life, enabling you to safe-guard your professional, personal and mental wellbeing.
