Giving tips on interviewing for a senior role, she was one of 4 guest speakers sharing best practice around unconscious bias (alive and well despite what some critics say) and the importance of training to level the playing field for women working in the construction sector. There were speakers from Willmott Dixon, Aecom and RLB.
Some of you may already have seen, Jayne has been nominated for the Entrepreneur Of Excellence Award at the National Diversity Awards. Voting has now closed and we wait to find out if she has made the shortlist.
