We’re proud to renew our pledge to inspire women in construction and engineering again in 2024!

In signing the Pledge, we are committed to:

  • Attracting, developing, and promoting more women in our company and industry, and do this in a fair way;
  • Closing the Gender Pay Gap;
  • Championing and recognising the achievements of women;
  • Working collaboratively to create an environment that welcomes and helps retain women.
