Since our company’s inception in 2006, the team has worked tirelessly to advance equality and inclusion for all minority groups in the workplace.
We are appalled, along with the rest of the nation, with the vile racist abuse directed at some of the players within the English national team; Marcus Rashford, Bukayo Saka, and Jadon Sancho. We firmly stand against racism and all other forms of discrimination.
At Skills 4, we will continue to promote zero tolerance on racism and partner with organisations to ensure everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and to create culturally competent workplaces where inclusion is ‘every day’ rather than a response to a media flurry following the appalling behaviours last weekend.
