Bechtel career development training

I had the privilege of being trained by Michelle Lewis from Skills 4 Limited in 2021 for the Empower Training. The training was delivered virtually and I was so amazing with how quickly she formed a connection with those on the trainings; it really felt like I have known her for a long time and was able to connect and be candid with her on the training. The training itself was life changing for me as it really helped me find my confidence and my voice and only wished I did it 5 years earlier! I have raved about this course to many of my colleagues and cannot wait to see more women do this course and the great things they will do after attending.

The Boost Your Career session was fantastic, with some very valuable and relatable key takeaways. We had a brilliant turnout for the session across our UK and US offices, and really positive feedback was received from all. I would highly recommend Skills4 – their insight and expertise, as well as their first-hand experience of the challenges faced by women in our sector, really brought the session to life and ensured the maximum impact on the attendees. I hope to work with Skills4 again in the future and look forward to putting some of my personal learnings into action.

Amey Diversity Training

“Jayne Little of Skills 4 has delivered the ‘Boost Your Career’ 1 hour workshop to the Women@Amey Affinity Network as part of our National Inclusion Week activities. The workshop has delivered a reignited drive within the Women’s network to progress their careers within the organisation and given them the tools to showcase their personal brand though networking and exposure. We have had great feedback from across the business and are delighted once again that Skills 4 have provided such an inspirational event that will have a long lasting effect on both the women that have attended and the organisation on a whole.”
