Our MD, Jayne Little, has been invited to speak at the Women in Power Conference at the Critical Power & Decentralised Energy (CP&DE) 2018 exhibition on 18th April 2018. This free event is being held at Ricoh Arena, Coventry and takes place over 2 days.
Jayne will deliver a short, informative session entitled “Unconscious Bias: the impact on our skills pipeline in Engineering” which will introduce stereotypes and biases; how they are created and maintained and why they are essential for human beings to operate successfully in a fast-moving world. This interactive session provides the opportunity to ask questions, so whether you are seeking to understand more about the impact of unconscious bias and stereotypes on individuals; on organisational cultures; or on the sector as a whole – bring your questions to this session to find the answers.
