This year’s programmes

This year we will be continuing to offer all our programmes either face to face or remotely for our clients.

Built around the successful framework of EMPOWER, last year saw the launch of our latest programme THRIVE this programme is designed to level the playing field enabling diverse talent to thrive in your organisation.

We also continue to offer our Inclusion Allies sessions that create a safe space to have structured and open dialogue with a diversity and inclusion specialist.

Round up of 2021

We have continued to work with our brilliant partner companies to support inclusive environments where everyone can bring their true self to work and excel. Our feedback from the clients and delegates continues to be excellent.

Lynn one of our mentors commented on her 2021. “I have been fortunate to work with brilliant, talented delegates who have achieved significant success in their careers, bring on 2022.”
