Alumni Spotlight

Alumni Spotlight Skills4 Eloise Hobbs

Eloise Hobbs began her journey at AtkinsRéalis in 2022 as a Project Support Officer. Through dedication and hard work, she quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest Project Director in AtkinsRéalis history, overseeing a portfolio of secondment projects at Hinkley Point C.

Eloise’s professional background includes service, administrative and creative roles. Initially, she felt underqualified for her position at AtkinsRéalis. However, she leveraged her diverse experience to her advantage, bringing unique perspectives to the decision-making process.

Eloise completed the INSPIRE programme in 2024. She credits the course for playing a pivotal role in her development, helping her overcome imposter syndrome and establish her personal brand as accomplished, enthusiastic, hardworking, and knowledgeable.

Through INSPIRE, Eloise gained the confidence and skills necessary to take her seat at the table and contribute meaningfully to her projects. Her journey is a testament to the power of dedication and continuous learning.

Eloise’s next goal is to become a Chartered Project Manager by 2028, further solidifying her commitment to professional growth and excellence.
