Welcome to our September Newsletter!

🏆 WE WON! 🏆

What an honour to see EMPOWER named “Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year” at the Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Awards 2024.

It was great to share the evening with some of our brilliant client organisations who also won big on the night, including Arcadis, Amey, Buro Happold.

We are truly grateful to everyone who has helped shape the EMPOWER programme over the past 16 years; our dedicated team, our passionate mentors, our committed clients… and a HUGE thank you to the inspirational women working in construction & engineering who actively champion this programme year after year. Thank you all for your continued support!

Our recent Psychological Safety workshops have been a hit with companies such as BFBS and National Highways.  In the modern workplace, psychological safety is as relevant as physical safety. Check out our latest blog “Creating Psychologically Safe Places to Work” to learn more.
